Sales Tax
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Massachusetts, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Massachusetts, US.
Products
The products we sell are always the newest models and latest updates. We update our site with the latest products as they become available from the manufacturer.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs are based on weight, and, if oversize, the dimensional size of the item(s) purchased. All products are shipped via UPS Ground or, for an additional cost, we have Next Day, Second Day, or Three Day delivery service available. However, please be aware that most orders do not ship the same day the order was placed. Virtually all our products leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days after you order. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS shipping times apply. UPS Ground, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time, typically takes three to ten business days for delivery within the continental USA.
Shipments to Canada
We do ship to Canada. Please be aware all customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
Claims and Returns
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, so, if for any reason (size, color etc..) you are unhappy with your merchandise, or your product is defective, you may return it within 10 days. Be sure to check your order as soon as it arrives. Check each order for proper content and inform us of any discrepancies. Once the return is received we will promptly process your refund less shipping charges. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Simply email us at
service@playparachutes.com and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number(RMA#). All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order and the merchandise must be received within 20 days of receipt of order. We cannot accept return goods that are soiled in any way. (Items that have been worn or soiled may not be returned. Health requirements prohibit us from accepting personal hygiene products or soiled clothing.) The RMA# must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the returned item. To process your credits promptly, all merchandise must be returned in original packaging and include all parts and manuals. Shipping costs for returning merchandise are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs for an exchanged item will be charged to the customer, so, when ordering, please be sure to pick the correct size, model, color etc...If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS (

If you refuse delivery of your order please be aware the shipping amount will still be charged.

Please be sure checks are made payable to BAAD Enterprises. Checks made payable to Play Parachutes can not be processed and will be returned. We will not ship orders until checks have cleared.
We take privacy and security measures very seriously. To protect you from the risk of credit card fraud and abuse, we verify all billing addresses with the issuing bank. We will not process an order for which we cannot verify the billing address for the card being used. Please make sure correct information is provided. Your credit card information is transferred to us using Yahoo's secure servers, and is automatically deleted from our system after our business is concluded.
